The Beginning
The company began operating informally as an e-commerce business driven by entrepreneurial vision. This period laid the foundation for future growth.
Official Registration
Gather n Trust Group was officially registered in South Africa and continued operating primarily in e-commerce. During this time the company experienced major challenges when the Founder and CEO was poisoned, which significantly affected operations.
Restructuring & Challenges
The company restructured and brought in 7 members to help rebuild the business. Unfortunately, three members were later discovered to have stolen from the company. Despite these challenges, the business continued operating and rebuilding.
Holding Company Transformation
Gather n Trust Group completed its transformation from an e-commerce company into a holding company focused on developing and managing multiple subsidiaries across various industries.
